Wind Pearl Capital LLC, a micro-cap private equity firm based in New York City, is seeking an in-person undergraduate intern for an in-semester internship available to start immediately. This is an unpaid internship designed for students who want hands-on exposure to private equity and the deal sourcing process.

About the Role:

You'll work directly with our leadership team to help identify and evaluate acquisition targets for our fund. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in:

Market research and industry analysis
Financial screening and target evaluation
Private equity investment strategy at the micro-cap level

Qualifications:

US citizen or permanent resident
Undergraduate student in finance, economics, business, or a related field
Strong research and analytical skills
Interest in private equity, entrepreneurship through acquisition, or investment banking
Ability to work in person in NYC
Available to work during the semester and start immediately
