As Associate Brand Manager, you'll support brand growth by assisting in the execution of marketing activities and driving performance across retail, digital, and D2C channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about generating demand, eager to learn, and brings hands-on experience in CPG, eCommerce, and digital platforms. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity, agility, and resourcefulness are key
What are we looking for?
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, and Sales required. MBA Preferred
4+ years of previous Marketing experience.
3+ years of experience in demand generation within CPG, with a strong understanding of the 4Ps: Product, Placement, Promotion, and Price
Demonstrated ability to support and execute marketing campaigns and product launches with excellence
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable strategies
Familiarity with D2C fundamentals and an interest in influencer marketing and loyalty programs
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and partners
Passion for consumer insights, storytelling, and brand building
Experience with tools such as Shopify, Amazon, CRM platforms, and emerging digital technologies is a plus
What would be your key responsibilities?
Support the execution of brand strategies and in-market plans to help deliver sales, GM, and profit targets
Assist in the development and rollout of integrated marketing plans across digital, retail, and D2C channels
Collaborate cross-functionally to help coordinate and implement marketing programs and campaigns
Leverage strong analytical skills to monitor performance, generate insights, and inform decision-making
Play a key role in executing go-to-market plans, including distribution expansion, display, and consumer promotions
Contribute to content development and digital asset creation for paid media, social, and owned channels
Bring curiosity and enthusiasm for digital tools, content performance metrics, and reporting
Partner with teams across research, sales, supply chain, and legal to support product launches and campaigns
Track and analyze sales performance, market share, and competitive activity in collaboration with category and sales ops
Develop and maintain a monthly "State of Brand Health" report with insights and recommendations
Assist in managing the marketing budget, including forecasting and ROI-based allocation

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting:USD 100,134.00 - USD 137,677.00
