Job Responsibilities/Objectives
To succeed in this role, you should bring deep expertise in RF testing and functional validation of satellite payloads on hardware testbenches. A strong grasp of software-hardware integration and debugging is essential, along with hands-on experience validating firmware features across ASIC, DSP, and FPGA platforms. You'll be comfortable working in Linux environments, familiar with safety-critical software standards, and confident navigating configuration management tools and the software development life cycle.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

You'll be comfortable working in Linux environments, familiar with safety-critical software standards, and confident navigating configuration management tools and the software development life cycle.
Proven experience in RF testing and firmware validation on hardware boards (ASIC, DSP, FPGA)
Strong understanding of software-hardware integration, issue debugging, and test specification development
Familiarity with safety-critical software standards (eg MISRA, DO178-C) and tools like Git, Jira, DOORS
Working knowledge of CCSDS standards, with Eclipse and Java experience considered a plus
