The Information Technology (IT) team at Mansfield provides digital solutions to our customers, partners and our organization. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Information Technology, focusing on product development, project management, and customer-facing products. You will work closely with our experienced team, supporting them with analytics and learning about the energy supply and distribution industry.

Key Learning Outcomes/Development Opportunities

The fundamentals of product development and lifecycle management.
Best practices in project management, including Agile methodologies.
How to create and improve customer-facing IT products.
Techniques for data analysis and deriving insights to support business decisions.
An overview of the energy supply and distribution industry, including key challenges and opportunities.

Position Requirements

Education

Undergraduate student pursuing degree in Business, Mathematics, or related field
Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Qualifications & Characteristics

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly understand, isolate, and resolve issues.
Excellent time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent teamwork abilities
Excellent aptitude for creative problem-solving
Highly proficient in Microsoft products including Excel (xlookups, pivot tables)
Knowledge of advanced analytics (R series, SQL, Python) and data visualization will be a plus
