Job Specifications

Role: Lead Salesforce Developer

Location: California (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Experience Required:

7-10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years working on Salesforce Service Cloud and chat-related development.
Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Experience integrating third-party chat tools
Familiarity with Agile ways of working (sprint planning, retrospectives)
Build and manage chat features within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Connect Salesforce with external chat tools to improve customer support.
Work with stakeholders to understand needs and suggest solutions.
Test, debug, and ensure smooth performance of applications.
Provide regular support and handle maintenance.
Keep up to date with new Salesforce updates and apply relevant features.
