Do you love turning messy datasets into meaningful dashboards? Are you the kind of person who can walk into a meeting with senior leadership and walk out with a vision for a dashboard that drives business action? If you're a Tableau expert who thrives at the intersection of data, business, and visualization -- keep reading.

As a Senior BI Analyst, you'll serve as a key partner to executives and department leaders by delivering clean, powerful, and actionable insights using Tableau and Snowflake. This isn't just dashboarding -- it's strategic data storytelling.

Build and maintain robust Tableau dashboards (40+ in production)
Design and manage data pipelines to transform and move data from: Salesforce (sales forecasting, bookings), ServiceNow (support metrics), KeyedIn (time tracking, project assignments)
Create and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, and views
Write and maintain complex SQL queries for reporting and ad-hoc analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and continuously improve dashboards
Maintain Tableau Cloud workspaces, templates, user access, and documentation
Act as a trusted advisor on dashboard best practices, report simplification, and storytelling with data

What you bring

5-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering
Expert-level Tableau skills - building advanced dashboards used by senior leadership
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and complex SQL
Ability to independently build data pipelines and automation (SnapLogic experience is a plus)
Proven success working with cross-functional teams and interpreting business needs
Comfort managing multiple data sources and high-volume datasets
Strong documentation habits and an eye for design consistency
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, etc.)

Nice to Have

Experience with SnapLogic or similar ETL tools
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or quoting tools
Exposure to AI-driven reporting simplification
Prior experience managing stakeholder reporting in professional services environments

Compensation

W2 only (no C2C)
Hourly rate range: $60-$80/hr (depending on experience and location)
Potential for long-term extension or permanent conversion
