Job Specifications

The ideal candidate will support the DHA OSBP by providing industrial and data analysis, program performance assessments, and real-time visibility of small business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and small business participation goals.

* Develop dashboards, reports, and trend analyses for executive leadership.

* Compile, review, and assess data from OSBP mailboxes, public media, and internal/external Government sources.

* Produce weekly and semiannual achievement reports.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

* Three (3) years of experience with data analytics and reporting in a federal environment.

* Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.

* Knowledge of small business regulations and procurement data preferred.
