The Role

Culture & Engagement BusinessPartner will act as a key driverin the development and execution of programs and initiatives designed to createan engaging organizational culture consistent with OMG Canada's objectiveof transforming experiences of our people.

Thisrole is internal facing and requires a passionate professional with a keen interest in building culture and promoting employee engagement consistent with OMG Canada organizational objectives. Someone who is not shy about delivering exceptional service and value in a dynamically fast-paced, cutting-edge business environment.

This role will report to Director, Talent & Culture and based in our Toronto Office.

Responsibilities

Culture & Engagement

Working collaboratively within the broader Talent & Culture team, manage annual calendar of employee engagement events and all associated elements: program management, communication, operational management, implementation, and follow- up activities.
Execute employee engagement events
Manage and build relationships with external vendorsand partners
Track and report on engagement metricsand provide recommendations on improvements to the program based on feedback
Oversee executionof all employee purpose engagement events and initiatives that support deliveryof our Purpose and solidifyculture;
Support other departmental eventsand other relevantduties as assigned
Assist in the implementation, and management of policies, programs,and strategies that promote a positive and engaging workplace culture
Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
Support with other dutiesand tasks as needed

Executive Support

Manage OMD and OMG CEO businessschedules and calendars, including arranging meetings, conference calls and booking appointments;
Create and maintain filing systems, reconcile, and submit monthly expenses;
Respond to day to dayinternal and externalissues that do not require the direct attention of CEO
Coordinate of travel and accommodation for the CEO and other executives
Coordinate meetings
Participate in team and strategy meetingsas required
Prepare presentations and reports
Support with other dutiesand tasks as needed

OMC Support

Support the OMG Office Manager in managing the overall relationship with OMC Workplace. Including attending monthly building status, coordinate with OMC team members where needed and communicate updates from the OMC
