About the Role
The Digital Content Manager oversees the creation of digital content for e-commerce, CRM, and digital media needs.
They work closely with the Head of Content and the Digital teams.
They coordinate and design digital content needs with a performance-driven mindset, based on campaign results and A/B testing insights provided by the Digital team.
They ensure execution quality, consistency with the brand's global identity, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
1 - Key Responsibilities:
Understand and coordinate the Digital team's content needs
Propose agile and creative solutions and develop e-commerce, CRM, and digital media assets in collaboration with external partners (Art Directors, production studios, creative agencies), 3D and AI providers
Ensure proper format adaptations for media channels with the Design team
Coordinate the Digital content production schedule to ensure deadlines are met and needs are anticipated across all channels
Optimize and monitor the content budget in collaboration with the Head of Content

Interest in and solid understanding of digital trends and challenges
3 - Candidate Profile:
Master's degree in Communications, Advertising, Digital or Business
Over 5 years of experience in digital content production (photos, videos), preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fragrance sector, either in an agency or with a brand
Fluent in French and English
Excellent knowledge of digital ecosystems (e-commerce, CRM, digital media, social media) and content performance across these platforms
Strong visual culture
