Job Specifications

We are looking for a Tech Lead to take a central role in software modernization and guide teams through a major technical transformation.

As Tech Lead, you'll be the bridge between architecture and development, translating solution designs into actionable plans and ensuring smooth execution with both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across multiple teams
Define and drive technology implementation strategies
Support architects & product owners with roadmap development
Promote technical standards & best practices
Safeguard quality (security, scalability, maintainability, etc.)
Reduce technical debt & improve code quality
Drive cloud adoption & AI integration
Design software blueprints and skeletons
Optimize delivery, patching, and release processes
Organize inspirational sessions & trainings
Assist analysts in translating requirements into technical designs
Review & approve partner deliverables
Coach teams & conduct code reviews
Collaborate with offshore teams

Your Profile

Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience
At least 5 years in technical leadership, solution design, or enterprise development
Strong background in full-stack development & public cloud environments
Solid knowledge of AI, CI/CD, databases & security
Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical topics into business value
Proven leadership & mentoring abilities
Experience working with offshore teams
Tech-agnostic mindset with curiosity for new technologies

Nice-to-haves

Java experience
Background in the telco industry
Experience as trainer or speaker
Passion for innovation & emerging technologies
Awareness of market trends & open-source tools
