Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to support a major Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) transformation programme at Shell based in London. This role will provide strategic and technical leadership for a large-scale transformation initiative focused on the Endur platform, supporting the Gas and Power Trading business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating data flows into the ETRM system, assessing how the business leverages the platform, and designing surrounding systems to ensure Endur remains focused on its core capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading technical strategy and architecture for the Endur transformation programme
Collaborating with business stakeholders--including Risk Managers, Traders, and Operations--to align system capabilities with business needs
Identifying optimisation opportunities and ensuring seamless integration with adjacent systems
Driving workshops and technical discussions to shape the future-state architecture

This is a high-impact role requiring strong communication skills, deep ETRM expertise, and a proven track record in leading complex transformation programmes.

Must Haves:

Extensive professional experience in IT

Proven experience leading enterprise ETRM Transformation programs with Endur

Subject matter expertise in Gas and/or Power Trading Operations

Deep understanding in Product Controls and expertise across front, middle and back office

Techno-functional background with the ability to model deals in Endur and excel

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
