About Responsible Marketing Advisory

About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the rollout of a media planning, activation, and attribution tool across multiple international markets. Working alongside our Senior Media Planning Consultant and within an established programme, you'll coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and drive delivery for this high-impact transformation project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Delivery: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate across global and local media teams, marketing functions, and agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage.
* Change & Adoption: Support user adoption strategies, training, and capability building across multiple markets, monitoring progress and resolving barriers.
* Risk & Quality Management: Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring quality standards and KPIs are consistently met.
* Resource & Vendor Coordination: Oversee internal resources, client stakeholders, and external vendors, managing budgets and integration requirements.
* Expertise & Experience: Bring 5+ years' experience managing complex, multinational technology implementations, ideally within media, marketing, or ad tech environments.
