Skillcheck :

Engineering degree in one of the following areas: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Fresh graduate/ 1 year of post-graduation design experience modeling and detailing parts and assemblies, preferably with precise injection molded plastic parts.
FEM simulation basics
Experience with 3D CAD modeling and 2D drawings using tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks -Experience with automotive connector standards : LV214, USCAR-21, GMW3191 ...
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team. -Excellent oral and written communication skills

ChallengeCheck :

Create, check, and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
Maintain CAD files, project documentation, and BOM in SAP.
Ensure that the product meets the targets set at the beginning of the project and manage changes requested by internal or external stakeholders.
Ensure that all technical requirements (customers and internal) are understood and implemented. -Support and interface with internal and external customers.
Conduct and prepare feasibility studies & design reviews.
Define significant characteristics for the components.
Create PV test plan and review results with customer.
Contribute to the DFMEA and identify and mitigate design risks.
Write product specifications, handling manuals, and other documentation for assigned projects.
