Job Specifications

At the heart of an international, multi-site environment, you drive continuous improvement and be a trusted partner for development, quality, and cybersecurity teams.

Reporting to the Group Quality Director, you will lead Software/Firmware quality initiatives to ensure robustness, innovation, and compliance across our technological solutions.

Lead continuous improvement plans for Software and Firmware across all product ranges.
Support and advise Quality teams on software and cybersecurity challenges.
Evaluate strategic partners and suppliers on their software practices.
Conduct software and cybersecurity audits in line with standards and ISO 27001.
Develop and strengthen quality tools dedicated to Software/Firmware activities.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and methodological guides.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in electronics/embedded software.
Proven skills in Firmware and embedded software development.
Knowledge of software maturity standards (CMMI, ISO 15504) and cybersecurity frameworks (NIS, ISO 27001, CRA, IEC 62443).
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to operate in an international environment.
