The role

We are hiring a VP Sales & Marketing to set and execute our international go-to-market strategy and drive growth across key industrial and municipal markets.

Your responsibilities

Strategy & growth -- Define and execute global sales strategy (Europe ~EUR10m, Asia ~EUR2m, US ~EUR1.5m).
Enterprise accounts -- Build senior relationships (C-suite/VP) with global FMCG and industrial groups via integrators.
Applications leadership -- Be the expert in industrial applications (esp. Food & Beverage).
P&L ownership -- Manage >EUR15m scope with strong margin discipline.
Processes & rhythm -- Install scalable sales processes and KPI cadence.
Team leadership -- Lead and develop an international team of 15+ across EU, US, Asia.
Cross-functional work -- Partner with R&D, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Marketing.
Marketing -- Direct manager of Head of Marketing; align brand & demand gen.
External representation -- Represent at global conferences and standards bodies.

Your profile

10+ years' experience in international sales of complex industrial solutions.
Proven Food & Beverage track record; strong industry network a plus.
P&L and KPI-driven, with integrator ecosystem know-how.
Fluent English (C2); French is a plus.
Strong people leadership across geographies.
Degree from engineering or business school.
Global exposure (EMEA, Asia/US); comfortable with travel.
Ambitious, long-term mindset.
