Job Specifications

Astrally Technologies is seeking an experienced SCCM Enterprise Analyst to support and optimize enterprise desktop environments. The role involves vulnerability remediation, application lifecycle management, automation with PowerShell, and SCCM administration. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and problem-solving ability while ensuring security and compliance across the organization.

Location: Lutz, Florida (Must be local - No relocation)

Work Type: Onsite 4 days per week (1 day remote)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

Remediate OS, framework (.NET), and desktop application vulnerabilities.
Package, build, and deploy apps & patches using Microsoft SCCM.
Automate desktop management tasks with PowerShell scripting.
Catalog desktop applications, consolidate redundancies, and ensure compliance.
Manage application requests and approvals via ServiceNow.
Provide Tier 3+ desktop support and resolve deployment/remediation issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to avoid business disruption.
Lead projects to improve desktop security, reduce application complexity, and enforce IT policies.

Required Qualifications

6+ years in enterprise desktop support or IT operations.
Expert-level Microsoft SCCM (packaging, deployment, remediation).
Hands-on vulnerability remediation experience.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.
Tier 3+ enterprise desktop support experience.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Active Directory & Group Policy.
Windows 10+ and Microsoft 365 environments.
Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks.
Experience with desktop consolidation & IT automation projects.

Compensation

$50/hr - No Medical Insurance, No PTO
$48/hr - With Medical Insurance, No PTO
