Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack / Backend-Leaning)

Location: London (Paddington), UK (Onsite 5 days/week)

Job Type: Full-time permanent

British Citizens only

What we're looking for:

5-8 years of experience building production-grade systems.
Strong background working with data-heavy applications or pipelines, ideally in fintech, payments, or healthcare.
Hands-on expertise with TypeScript, Python, and Next.js.
Comfortable across the stack, with a fullstack or backend-leaning focus (services, APIs, infra).
Track record of leading--whether a project, system design, or small team.
Product-minded: you ask "why," not just "what," and care deeply about outcomes.
Entrepreneurial spirit: founding engineer, side projects, hackathons, or other builder experience.
