About the Role

Are you looking for a new challenge in the energy and trading industry? A leading global firm is seeking a tech-savvy, proactive, and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join its London office. This role blends traditional IT support responsibilities with high-touch service desk duties, supporting a dynamic and fast-paced trading environment.

You'll be part of a collaborative IT team, working closely with business users to ensure seamless technology experiences across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily IT support across hardware, software, and infrastructure.
Deliver 1st and 2nd line support (and 3rd line where capable) via email, phone, and in-person.
Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions.
Use ServiceNow to log, track, and resolve incidents and requests.
Train users on best practices for PCs, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support processes.
Own and resolve VIP support issues with urgency and professionalism.
Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge of:

Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook

Active Directory, basic networking (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP)

Computer hardware and peripherals

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience supporting users in a trading house or financial services setting.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and independent approach.
