Job Specifications

The ideal candidate for this role should have 2+ years of experience of support and data monitoring.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with technical and analytical skills, with a lot of knowledge and experience in the Financial and the Treasury Management industry. He/she should be a technical problem solver and a quick thinker with exceptional organizational skills. He/she should also be articulate, organized, patient, thorough and able to deal with a variety of people including client representatives and department leads.

Essential Requirements:

Writing and manipulating SQL scripts (MS SQL).
Experience in supporting .Net and web-based applications.
Experience in supporting financial applications.
Experience with Zendesk and Jira.
Experience with writing user manuals and wiki articles.
Experience with GIT, understanding of Git Flow.
Experience with TFS.
Ability to read/write RegEx.
Advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Data monitoring
Chasing data providers via email and phone, communication with clients on ETA
Managing & troubleshooting the onboarding process of new funds/accounts (including creating users, reference data workflows, wire configuration, etc)
Dealing with issues like absence, discrepancy or duplication of data
Maintaining knowledge base, transferring knowledge among team members
Submitting bug reports from production environments
Contributing to evolving the daily data validations and client report delivery processes
Communicating with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner
Processing and responding to client requests
Collaborating with Development teams including testing of new products for data extraction and monitoring
Working with Project manager through the process of new accounts implementation: informing Data Service team of delays and/or new files monitoring
