Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)

Salary: Up to PS100,000

About the Role

Our Customer is looking for a talented Salesforce Technical Lead to join a high-impact programme within the Financial Services sector. You'll be a key player in the technical delivery of a cutting-edge Salesforce solution built on the FSI Data Model, leveraging Vlocity, Omnistudio, and deep integration capabilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementation where you'll lead technical design and development, guide a team of engineers, and collaborate closely with architects, stakeholders, and business analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Omnistudio, FlexCards, and LWC.
Drive the integration of Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft and custom integration procedures.
Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Oversee configuration and customisation of Experience Cloud, Opportunities, Quotes, and Policy Management features within the FSI context.
Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security across the solution.

Technical Requirements

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead in enterprise projects.
Strong expertise with Salesforce FSI (Financial Services Cloud) and Vlocity.
In-depth knowledge of Omnistudio, including Omniscripts, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom Apex development.
Experience with Experience Cloud configuration and customisation.
Familiarity with MuleSoft integration patterns and tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, sharing rules, and security architecture.
