What You'll Do
Joining the Human Resources team means getting up-close and personal with the talent that is transforming Bell. The unique opportunity embedded in this team will mean learning from experienced professionals and contributing to building a talent advantage. You'll gain exposure to different HR functions through real-business projects, developing the skills needed to become future Bell HR leaders who make a lasting impact.
Upon completion of the program, you will have the knowledge, skills, network, and breadth of experience needed to become the next generation of HR leaders at Bell. To provide the ideal career path for you, rotational job experiences will be assigned based on preferences, skills, development opportunities, and business needs.
What We're Looking For
With our Grad program you will build your Human Resource knowledge through a total of 6 rotations and real, business-related projects, which may include roles within:
Talent Acquisition
Organizational Development
Compensation
Digital HR
Mental Health and Accessibility
Disability Management
Project Management
HR Analytics and Reporting
Human Resources Services
Human Resources or Labour Relations business unit support
Requirements
You have a Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Management programs or a related field completed before the program start date.
You must have flexibility to work in different locations within Montreal and the Greater Toronto Area.
You are aligned with working in-person at a Toronto or Montreal-based Bell office location a minimum of 3 days per week. We value in-person collaboration and believe working in-office is the best way to establish meaningful relationships, build your network, and interact with our Leadership Team.
