Job Title: ETS Analyst/Documentation Specialist

Duration: 6 Months Contract - Can Extend

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contractor for our Enterprise Technology Systems team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our IT risk management framework by compiling, analyzing, and documenting risk data, thereby providing vital support for decision-making processes across multiple risk teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Data Management: Compile, research, and analyze risk data to generate comprehensive reports that inform strategic decisions.
Standards Development: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, requirements, workflows, processes, functionalities, and controls specifically for IT Risk teams focused on audit, vulnerability management, control testing, and issue management.
Risk Reporting: Develop and evaluate risk reporting mechanisms, synthesizing research and analysis to provide actionable recommendations for executive decision-making.
Training and Documentation Specialist: Serve as a training and documentation expert, guiding various risk teams on best practices and effective risk management strategies.
Technical Advisory: Provide high-level technical expertise and advisory support to facilitate complex, high-impact projects within various risk management areas.
Innovation and Improvement: Apply your extensive knowledge and experience to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the advancement of risk governance practices and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in risk analysis, IT governance, and documentation processes.
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Experience in developing training materials and SOP documentation.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work on complex projects requiring strategic thinking and problem-solving.
