Brief Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior commercial leader to join a growing lifestyle brand as Head of Sales Operations & Partnerships.

This role will be pivotal in shaping and driving the brand's wholesale, marketplace, and partnership strategy, while ensuring smooth operations across sales fulfilment and customer-facing functions.

You will be responsible for expanding the brand's reach through high-impact partnerships, managing wholesale accounts, and optimising sales operations to deliver profitable growth. Alongside this, you'll oversee post-purchase processes, 3PL relationships, and customer care to ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, scaling sales channels, and leading teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Head of Sales & Merchandising - Requirements

Proven experience in a senior Sales Operations, Wholesale, or Partnerships leadership role within a DTC or omni-channel consumer brand
Strong track record in driving sales growth through wholesale accounts, marketplaces, and strategic partnerships, ensuring consistent brand representation and profitability
Experience managing 3PLs, carriers, and multi-region logistics with a commercial and customer-first mindset
Demonstrated people leadership across sales, fulfilment, and customer care functions
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to balance immediate results with longer-term growth planning
Process-driven with a focus on efficiency, while keeping the customer experience front and centre
Collaborative, commercially aware, and aligned with brand values
