HR Officer - Belfast - Immediate start

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic all Ireland employer as they look to add an HR Officer to their team. This is a hybrid role based in Belfast.

The role:

To support the wider HR team in all core HR areas of management support, recruitment and retention, employee relations and engagement:

The main responsibilities:

Professional HR support and guidance to line managers (NI and ROI).
Provide timely and high-quality support through a help desk system.
Support with all aspects of recruitment.
Work effectively as part of the HR Team to provide consistent, timely advice and support on complex ER casework.
Provision of management training, coaching and mentoring to up skill managers.
Lead on or contribute to the delivery of HR services across a wide range of people practices.

The ideal candidate:

Experience in a similar role.
Experience in contributing to HR Projects.
Experience handling ER cases.
CIPD Level 5.
