Role Overview

As our Email Marketing Specialist Intern, you'll get hands-on experience running lifecycle marketing campaigns. You'll support automation setup, write campaign copy, and analyze performance to improve engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize basic flows (welcome, abandoned cart, VIP) in Klaviyo.
Draft campaign copy aligned with brand voice.
Track email performance metrics and update dashboards.
Contribute ideas for A/B testing and optimization.

Qualifications

Required:

Strong writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with email platforms or marketing software.
Detail-oriented and organized.

Preferred:

Coursework or experience in digital marketing.
Comfort with Excel/Sheets for reporting.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
