Job Specifications

Looking for a Production Support professional who will be responsible for:

Monitor and troubleshoot production issues for various systems and applications

Create and maintain documentation related to production issues and resolutions

Participate in oncall rotation and respond to production issues

5+ years of IT experience

3+ years of exp in Production Support

Strong technical skills in Java/ SQL/ UNIX and scripting languages

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
