We have access to over 500 registered engineers specializing in various fields, including desktop support, server, network, and DevOps.
We are looking for candidates who can bring strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain robust, scalable software applications
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver new features
Take ownership of architectural decisions and contribute to technical direction
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
Ensure software is secure, reliable, and performant
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years' professional experience in software development
Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#)
Experience working with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g. React, Angular, .NET Core, Django, Node.js)
Good understanding of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, testing, and version control
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with containerisation technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to microservices architecture
Background in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or healthcare industries
