**Job Title:** Lead eDiscovery Specialist (Microsoft Purview / Varonis) **Role Summary:** Seasoned eDiscovery professional to lead and execute complex data search, retrieval, and disclosure initiatives. Job Description
Job Title: Finance Reporting Lead – Workday Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end Workday reporting for a 2‑year implementation across HCM, Financials, and PSA. Own the reporting strategy, standards, and governance while delivering advanced, matrix, and composite reports and dashboards. Serve as the primary SME, aligning security, business processes, and stakeholder requirements. Expectations: - 2‑year contract, delivering all reporting deliverables on schedule. - Operate autonomously in a rapid, contract‑based environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define and own the Workday reporting strategy for the programme. 2. Establish reporting standards, governance, and naming conventions. 3. Advise on best‑practice reporting across HCM, Financials, and PSA. 4. Lead requirements gathering, design, and delivery of Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports and Discovery Dashboards (where applicable). 5. Ensure alignment between reporting outputs, security role structures, and business processes. 6. Act as the main reporting SME for functional and technical teams. 7. Support testing phases (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and go‑live activities. 8. Provide reporting support during cutover and hyper‑care. 9. Produce documentation, knowledge‑transfer materials, and enablement content.
