Job Description: Senior DevOps Solutions Engineer Role Summary: Design and implement scalable DevOps solutions for financial services clients, collaborating across engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure high-impact deployments. Expactations: Solid experience in DevOps and platform engineering; expertise in CI/CD tools, container platforms, cloud platforms, and compliance frameworks. Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with regulated industries preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with technical stakeholders in pre-sales and post-sales support. - Design and deploy solutions meeting audit and compliance requirements. - Create documentation, tutorials, and content for end users. - Provide product feedback to influence development roadmaps. - Support customer onboarding and training programs. - Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies. - Travel to client sites for implementation and support. Required Skills: - CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab) - Container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) - Security tools (SAST/DAST, container security) - Scripting/programming (Python, Go, YAML) - Compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2) - Git version control Required Education & Certifications: Educational background in computer science or related field preferred.
