Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant – Investment Banking (Float) Role Summary: Provide high‑quality, proactive support to senior executives across investment banking, capital markets and corporate functions on a 6‑month contract. Manage complex diaries, UK and international travel, meetings, presentations, inboxes, expenses, and ad‑hoc projects, ensuring seamless coverage during leaflets and peak workload periods. Expectations: - Adapt quickly to new teams and shifting priorities. - Maintain superior organizational and time‑management skills. - Communicate confidently and build rapport with senior leaders and stakeholders. - Remain calm, professional, and solutions‑oriented under pressure. - Contribute positively in a collaborative, high‑performing team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage dynamic diaries and coordinate travel (domestic and overseas). - Schedule and prepare agendas, logistics, and follow‑up actions for meetings. - Produce briefing materials, presentations, and report packs. - Handle inboxes and communications with discretion and professionalism. - Process expenses and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. - Assist with project‑based tasks and ad‑hoc administrative support. Required Skills: - Experience supporting senior executives in investment banking or financial services. - High level of organization and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. - Agile, flexible, and adept at managing multiple simultaneous priorities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred. - Professional certification (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, CAE) is an advantage.
