Job Description

**Job Title**: Full Stack Architect / Developer (H/F) **Role Summary** Architect and develop end‑to‑end solutions for critical telecommunications systems with high QoS, performance, and reliability requirements. Act as a technical lead, shaping architecture, coding, and best practices while mentoring the development team. **Expectations** - Deliver scalable, fault‑tolerant services on private cloud infrastructure. - Maintain a high level of code quality and system performance. - Communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and evolve technical architecture for front‑end and back‑end components. - Develop and optimize Angular front‑end and Java/Node.js back‑end services. - Configure and tune Nginx for deployment and performance. - Manage databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and ensure data integrity and speed. - Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters, addressing scalability, high‑availability, and monitoring. - Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and elevate team capabilities. - Lead technical discussions, present solutions, and influence architecture decisions. - Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to align technical implementation with business goals. **Required Skills** - Front‑end: Angular (latest versions), Nginx (deployment, configuration, optimization). - Back‑end: Java Full Stack, Node.js. - Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis. - Infrastructure & Cloud: Kubernetes (K8s) on private cloud, experience with scalability, high availability, and monitoring solutions. - Strong communication skills – ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences. - Proven experience as a technical lead or architect, with mentoring and code‑review expertise. - Proactive problem‑solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. - Team‑oriented, with a strong focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus but not mandatory.
