Job Description

Job Title: C++/C# Developer – Trading Platforms and High‑Performance Systems Role Summary: Develop, design, and optimize low‑latency, high‑throughput software components for financial trading systems. Work within a cross‑functional IT & Finance team to deliver robust, real‑time solutions that meet stringent performance and reliability requirements. Expectations: • Deliver code that meets extreme latency, scalability, and reliability targets for market‑critical applications. • Demonstrate expertise in low‑level optimization, multithreading, and real‑time constraints. • Collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into performant architectures. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and refactor C++ and/or C# modules for high‑performance trading platforms. • Participate in architecture discussions to define scalable, real‑time systems. • Write comprehensive tests, documentation, and maintain code quality standards. • Identify and implement performance improvements, tooling, and process enhancements. • Work closely with finance and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment on business and technical goals. Required Skills: • Proficiency in C++ (modern standards) and/or C#, with a strong focus on low‑level performance tuning. • Deep understanding of multithreading, memory management, and concurrency primitives. • Experience developing in real‑time or performance‑critical environments (e.g., trading, high‑frequency computing). • Knowledge of market finance or electronic trading concepts is a plus. • Strong analytical, autonomous mindset, and ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • Relevant certifications in C++/C# or performance engineering are desirable but not mandatory.
