**Job Title** Engineering Manager – Platform **Role Summary** Lead a squad of 7 SRE/Infrastructure engineers in a high‑performance payment environment. Drive platform reliability, scalability, and security while managing the AWS‑to‑GCP migration, refactoring IaC, and enabling rapid delivery for cross‑functional teams. Provide technical vision, people coaching, and compliance oversight. **Expectations** - Deliver platform initiatives on time in line with quarterly commitments. - Achieve and maintain defined SLA/SLO targets for service quality. - Maintain PCI‑DSS compliance and participate in all relevant audits. - Build a high‑growth culture focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other engineering leads to align technical strategy with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - **People Management & Coaching**: hire, mentor, and retain top SRE/Infra talent; develop career paths and performance plans. - **Squad Delivery**: manage roadmap, sprint planning, and run/build/migration initiatives; remove impediments and promote agile practices. - **Technical Leadership**: own design and implementation of robust, secure infrastructure on GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, and related toolsets. - **Observability & Reliability**: configure Datadog, Prometheus, and other monitoring solutions; enforce SLOs/SLA and root‑cause analysis procedures. - **IaC & Automation**: refactor and optimize Terraform, Ansible, Salt; streamline GitLab CI/CD pipelines. - **Compliance & Security**: ensure infrastructure meets PCI‑DSS and best‑practice standards; coordinate audit activities. - **Strategic Collaboration**: partner with other Engineering Managers, Lead Developers, and Architects to maintain a coherent platform architecture. **Required Skills** - Leadership in technical teams (SRE, DevOps, Infra). - Proficient in GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, OPA, Kyverno. - IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, Salt. - Observability: Datadog, Prometheus. - CI/CD: GitLab pipelines. - Strong grasp of SRE principles (reliability, scalability, supervision, SLO/SLA). - Project roadmap management and stakeholder communication. - Agile process facilitation. - Security best practices and compliance awareness. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. - Preferred certifications: GCP Professional Cloud Architect/Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or equivalent. - SRE or DevOps certification is a plus.

Job title: Data Analyst (Fraud and Chargebacks) Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor fraud and chargeback metrics. Identify real‑time fraud patterns, implement risk scoring rules, automate dispute workflows, build predictive models, and communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders. Expectations: - 2+ years of data analysis experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or e‑commerce. - Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business teams. - Strong analytical mindset with a focus on fraud detection and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: - Build and update Tableau Cloud dashboards tracking key fraud indicators (fraud rate, risk score, dispute win/loss ratios). - Detect fraud patterns in near real‑time and help implement scoring and business rules to flag high‑risk transactions. - Automate dispute processes: gather evidence, draft claims, and track status across Operations, Support, Compliance, and Product teams. - Develop and test supervised/unsupervised machine‑learning models to prioritize investigations and reduce false positives. - Document analytical procedures, rules, and outcomes; train internal users on tools and metrics. Required Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Tableau Cloud. - Strong SQL skills; Python knowledge is a plus. - Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine‑learning techniques for fraud detection. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical analyses to non‑technical audiences.
