Job Description

**Job Title:** Solutions Architect (Azure, Microsoft 365 & Security) **Role Summary:** Senior IT Solutions Architect responsible for designing, securing, and evolving modern cloud and digital‑workplace solutions for a varied client base. Leads architecture of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, drives Zero Trust and Microsoft Defender implementations, and provides technical leadership across mixed Windows, macOS, iOS, and Google Workspace platforms while staying current with AI‑enabled services. **Expectations:** - Deliver secure, scalable Microsoft‑centric architectures that meet client business goals. - Serve as the primary escalation point for complex cloud and security issues. - Influence pre‑sales and client engagements with architectural expertise. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Azure, M365, Zero Trust, and emerging AI technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions with a focus on security and scalability. - Lead Zero Trust strategy and deploy Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Intune. - Provide architectural guidance and best‑practice standards for mixed‑environment deployments (Windows, macOS, iOS, Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager). - Act as senior technical escalation contact for cloud and security incidents. - Support pre‑sales activities by shaping solution proposals and presenting to clients. - Mentor technical teams and promote continuous improvement of architecture processes. **Required Skills:** - Expert‑level knowledge of Azure infrastructure and services. - Deep experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Zero Trust models. - Strong security architecture background and modern identity management expertise. - Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace and Apple Business Manager. - Familiarity with AI services such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI. - Excellent client‑facing communication and technical leadership abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred certifications (not mandatory): AZ‑305, AZ‑104, MS‑102, SC‑100, SC‑200, SC‑300, SC‑400.
