Advanced AI Data Scientist
**Role Summary**
Develop, deploy, and scale advanced natural language processing (NLP) solutions using large language models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and conversational AI frameworks (Rasa, OpenAI). Extract actionable insights from large textual datasets, build intelligent chatbots, and collaborate directly with clients to design and implement custom AI strategies that drive business transformation.
**Expectations**
- 4–8 years of professional data science experience, with a proven track record in NLP.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver production‑ready AI models and chatbots in enterprise settings.
- Strong client‑facing skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying current with the latest AI developments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and refine NLP models (classification, entity extraction, summarization, etc.) using LLMs and RAG techniques.
- Design, develop, and maintain conversational agents with Rasa and OpenAI integration.
- Engineer data pipelines for large text corpora, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and guide AI adoption.
- Perform ongoing performance monitoring, model retraining, and iterative improvement.
- Lead technical research and integration of emerging AI technologies to enhance solution sets.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in NLP, LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI frameworks (Rasa, OpenAI).
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and relevant NLP libraries (spaCy, HuggingFace).
- Experience with data engineering tools (SQL, Spark, DataWrangler) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong statistical and machine‑learning background: supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation.
- Agile development practices, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Certifications in AI/ML or data engineering (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS AI/ML, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate) preferred but not mandatory.
