**Job Title:** Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Leads strategy, roadmap, and performance of a next‑generation cloud SaaS suite, driving AI‑enabled innovation and revenue growth. Acts as customer advocate and business strategist, aligning R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver intelligent, scalable, profitable products.
**Expectations:**
- 7+ years of SaaS B2B product management experience (legal tech or cybersecurity a plus).
- Remote work from Canada or the USA; up to 25% travel.
- Salary: CAD $110‑150k / USD $85‑110k, dependent on experience.
- Full ownership of product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and optimization.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define product vision, roadmap, success metrics, and AI/automation opportunities.
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research; build data‑backed business cases.
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies for new features and AI offerings.
- Author PRDs, functional specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria; maintain prioritized backlog.
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
- Track product metrics, iterate based on data and feedback.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service on go‑to‑market positioning, messaging, and adoption initiatives.
- Create product resources (user guides, training, demos) and drive feature utilization, cross‑sell, and retention.
**Required Skills:**
- SaaS B2B product management, including launch and scaling of software products.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Word‑based document workflows and structured document management.
- Proven pricing/monetization strategy development.
- Strong analytical skills; ROI and financial modeling.
- Experience with AI/ML applications, process automation, and data‑driven decision making.
- Agile methodology proficiency; backlog and sprint management.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influencing abilities.
- Customer‑obsessed mindset, UX sensibility, and strategic execution bias.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- No specific certifications required; relevant product management, agile, or AI/ML training is a plus.
