**Job Title:** Software Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain core loyalty‑platform services in an agile, cloud‑centric environment. Apply modern backend and frontend technologies, ensuring scalable, reliable delivery to millions of users. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end software solutions on time and to technical standards. - Collaborate effectively with product owners, designers, and cross‑functional teams. - Continuously improve code quality through reviews, feedback, and adherence to best practices. - Champion high standards and contribute to technical design and architecture discussions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build backend services using NodeJS, Java, or C# .NET Core/.NET 5+. - Develop frontend components with Angular and related JavaScript frameworks. - Deploy and manage applications on AWS, utilizing IaC, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement. - Use GitHub for version control, conduct code reviews, and follow coding standards. - Integrate non‑functional requirements (scalability, security, performance). - Mentor junior developers and promote company coding principles. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in at least one backend language: NodeJS, Java, or C# (.NET Core/.NET 5+). - Experience with modern frontend frameworks, primarily Angular. - Cloud deployment knowledge (AWS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with IaC tools and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong Agile mindset and experience in a Scrum or Kanban setting. - Effective written and verbal communication with technical and non‑technical audiences. - Git version control, code review practices, and commit standards. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. ---
