Job title: Financial Analyst Role Summary: Responsible for accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and process professionalisation across multiple international entities. Oversees accounting, revenue recognition, month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closings, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and ERP optimisation (NetSuite). Expactations: - Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior financial analyst in a multinational environment. - Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial standards, and regulatory requirements. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial statements, technical accounting issues, and revenue recognition. - Experience with payroll processes and NetSuite ERP preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accounting and revenue recognition in line with applicable standards. - Prepare and publish timely month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closings; support regulatory year‑end close. - Investigate technical accounting issues to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial transactions. - Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and conduct variance analysis for management. - Develop, document, and strengthen internal controls, business processes, and accounting policies. - Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international reporting requirements and tax obligations. - Contribute to the rollout and optimisation of NetSuite ERP system. - Perform additional controlling tasks as required; support payroll‑related financial processes.
