Job Description: **Job Title** Intern – Construction Technical Control Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary** Provide technical support to senior engineers in construction projects, focusing on structural, safety, accessibility, acoustics, and thermal compliance. Collaborate on design reviews, site inspections, and report preparation. Contribute to process improvement by testing new tools and software. **Expections** - 4‑6 month internship, starting Jan/March 2026. - Final‑year engineering student or Master’s candidate in Civil Engineering or Construction. - Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and strong analytical mindset. - Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and clients. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in technical monitoring of construction projects (from design to hand‑over). - Review plans and perform preliminary analyses (structural, fire safety, accessibility, acoustic, thermal). - Participate in on‑site inspections, verifying compliance with project specifications and regulations. - Draft technical reports, progress updates, and recommended corrective actions. - Support senior engineers in client communications and development proposals. - Test and evaluate new software or digital tools for the control process. - Contribute to the evolution and documentation of internal procedures. **Required Skills** - Solid knowledge of civil engineering concepts (structural, fire safety, accessibility, acoustics, thermal performance). - Familiarity with French building regulations and codes. - Basic proficiency in CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; English proficiency is a plus. - Team‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable to multidisciplinary work environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrolment in the final year of an engineering degree or Master’s program in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field. - No mandatory certifications; industry‑specific certificates (e.g., QUVAC, NOMA) are advantageous but not required.
