Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst AI Role Summary: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive AI initiatives from concept through delivery, identifying business opportunities, developing client solutions, and supporting sales and market analysis. Expectations: Deliver clear, data‑driven analyses and proposals that secure client buy‑in; maintain strong client relationships; support sustainable growth through market monitoring and trend analysis; effectively communicate complex insights to technical and non‑technical audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Review RFPs and market data to spot new AI business opportunities. - Facilitate client meetings to capture needs, objectives, and long‑term goals. - Translate client goals into structured, actionable analyses for AI teams. - Present concise, persuasive solutions and proposals to stakeholders. - Act as trusted advisor on AI and business improvement initiatives. - Support internal sales by monitoring AI application trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. - Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat engagement. Required Skills: - Analytical thinking with ability to deconstruct complex problems. - Strong written and verbal communication; presentation skills for mixed audiences. - Client relationship building and value‑adding project contributions. - Pragmatic, organized, flexible, and detail‑oriented. - Proficiency in Dutch and English; French knowledge a plus. - Knowledge of change management, reporting tools, dashboards, market research, and AI tools (ML models, predictive analytics, automation). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. - Experience in business consulting, IT/digital/AI transformation, or similar roles.
