Job Description

Job Title: BI Developer Role Summary: Transform raw data into actionable insights, creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models that support decision‑making across the business. Expectations: - Deliver high‑quality, reliable reporting solutions that align with business objectives. - Maintain data integrity and automate reporting workflows. - Collaborate effectively with business units, data engineers, and analysts. - Communicate findings clearly in Dutch, French, and English. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize data models and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Azure Data Services. - Implement modern reporting strategies and sustain long‑term solutions. - Ensure data quality in data warehouse projects and adhere to best practices. - Automate dataflows and reporting processes to enhance efficiency. - Partner with data architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align data architecture with business goals. - Provide technical guidance on data visualization and analysis to non‑technical users. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Power BI (and Tableau preferred). - Strong SQL and Python programming skills. - Experience with cloud data platforms – Azure or AWS. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities. - Multilingual: Dutch, French, English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or Power BI Data Analyst certification is an advantage.
