Job Description
**Job Title:** Property Tech Programme Manager **Role Summary** Lead the design, governance, and strategic delivery of property technology programs to optimize building efficiency, sustainability, and tenant engagement. Align digital strategies with infrastructure, operational systems, and building services across the asset lifecycle. **Expectations** Oversee end-to-end delivery of smart building initiatives, ensuring compliance with budget, quality standards, and stakeholder needs. Drive standardization and governance across RIBA stages 2–6. Maintain and evolve the Proptech roadmap to align with business priorities. **Key Responsibilities** - Programme management of initiatives in smart buildings, engagement platforms, IT architecture, M&E systems, and Proptech solutions. - Coordinate cross-functionally with IT Architecture, Property Network Services, Building Systems, and teams to ensure integrated strategies. - Engage senior stakeholders to communicate vision, secure buy-in, and align priorities. - Monitor and report progress to steering committees and governance forums. - Identify automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Drive adoption of emerging technologies (IoT, smart buildings, digital strategies) aligned with business goals. **Required Skills** - Programme/project management of complex technology initiatives, preferably in Real Estate. - Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Asset Management, Leasing, Development). - Expertise in operational building systems, ICT, Proptech, and IoT ecosystems. - Communication/presentation skills for reporting to executive stakeholders. - Problem-solving to address inefficiencies and scalability in Proptech solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business. - Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile) and Proptech-related credentials preferred.
