**Job Title:** AI Evangelist / Architect
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI‑powered solutions, focusing on agentic AI architectures and generative code systems for financial services or investment banking contexts. Serve as a technical champion, ensuring scalable, secure integration of LLMs, code generators, and automation agents into production workflows while mentoring and guiding development teams.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions that meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Drive adoption of AI best practices across engineering squads.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership on emerging AI technologies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect, build, and maintain agentic AI frameworks and generative code pipelines.
- Integrate LLMs, machine‑learning models, and automation agents into existing financial systems.
- Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management in production.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, establish standards, and mentor junior engineers.
- Evaluate new AI tools and technologies, recommending adoption strategies.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong hands‑on experience with LLMs, machine learning, and AI system architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one of C#, C++, or Java.
- Experience building secure, scalable AI solutions in financial services or similar regulated domains.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and provide mentorship.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/Kubernetes is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer, or similar) are advantageous.
