Job Description

Job title: Fullstack React/NestJS Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React for the front‑end and NestJS for the back‑end. Collaborate with a small, agile team to deliver new features, improve existing code quality, and ensure robust performance and usability. Expectations: - Autonomous contributor in a 5–10 person team. - Strong commitment to code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement. - Proactive problem solver who adapts quickly to new technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement end‑to‑end features with React and NestJS. - Define requirements, design solutions, and deliver functional releases. - Refactor and optimize legacy code following industry standards. - Participate in code reviews to enforce quality and adherence to guidelines. - Write and execute unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests. - Debug production issues and coordinate timely resolutions. - Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to satisfy feature specifications. Required Skills: - Proficient in React (functional components, hooks, state management). - Proficient in NestJS (modular architecture, controllers, services). - Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front‑end tooling. - Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and authentication/authorization patterns. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git). - Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field **or** equivalent practical experience. - Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, React Certification) are a plus.
