Senior Performance Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end paid media strategy, execution, and client relations for a portfolio of e‑commerce and lifestyle brands. Own performance across Meta, Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), and TikTok, driving growth, optimisation, and creative excellence. Mentor junior members and elevate internal delivery standards.
**Expectations**
* 30 days – fully onboarded, managing day‑to‑day Meta + Google campaigns, building trust with clients.
* 60 days – autonomous account leadership, structured testing, clear actionable reporting.
* 90 days – senior authority over strategy, performance, and relationships; coach juniors.
* 6–12 months – trusted partner for clients, core team leader, consistently improving results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design & execute paid‑media strategies aligned with client goals and commercial targets.
- Plan and manage full‑funnel campaigns on Meta, Google Search/Performance Max/YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, messaging, landing pages) and drive iterative optimisation.
- Lead client interactions: calls, performance reviews, strategy sessions; translate data into business insights.
- Create concise, insight‑driven monthly reports; influence budget allocation and channel prioritisation.
- Mentor and line‑manage junior team members; coach on best practices and standards.
- Ensure measurement integrity: GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio, CAPI/GA4/GTM, Triple Whale attribution.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic planning and optimisation across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, TikTok.
- Creative testing and performance analysis (angles, hooks, formats, funnel stages).
- Strong client communication: storytelling, expectation management, commercial decision making.
- Data‑driven insight extraction from GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio; multi‑touch attribution.
- Budget and account structure decision‑making; scaling and efficiency optimisation.
- Leadership and coaching; ability to raise internal standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, project management tools, and collaborative platforms.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Certified in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta (Facebook) advertising; additional platform certifications (TikTok, YouTube) preferred.
- Continuous professional development in performance marketing best practices.
