Job Description
**Job Title:** Data Analyst – Part‑Time (F/M) **Role Summary:** Provide data preparation, validation, and analysis for an enterprise ERP system. Collect and maintain static data, ensure data quality, categorize and model data for business users, and support ERP data usage through training and documentation. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, high‑quality data within tight timeframes. - Communicate findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. - Manage short‑term projects and adapt to changing business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare work plans for data cleansing and corrections. - Collect static data for the ERP and track its source and lineage. - Enter, update, verify consistency, and control quality of data. - Categorize data to maximize usability for end‑users. - Create and update data management manuals and documentation. - Participate in setting up a data quality analysis system. - Conduct basic data analysis, identify outliers and discrepancies. - Model data and ensure regular database updates. - Conduct site visits to build trust, understand user constraints, and gather feedback. - Support users on ERP data usage and provide training. **Required Skills:** - Knowledge of analytical techniques: statistics, data‑mining, SQL. - Familiarity with ERP data mapping and business processes (production, supply chain). - Proficiency in office productivity and analytical tools (Excel, macros). - Ability to translate process information into data formats. - Competency in presenting data insights. - Project management skills for short‑term initiatives. - Understanding of enterprise flow‑chart tools (Visio, draw‑io). - Basic English (technical level B1). - Experience with planning methods, programming or analysis languages, and change management. - Capability to train staff on data roles and importance. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - SQL certification or equivalent technical qualification is an advantage.
