Job Description
Job title: Support Engineer (SaaS) Role Summary: Provide technical support and incident management for Botify’s SaaS products, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operation of data‑driven SEO tools. Act as liaison between customers, CX, sales, delivery, and engineering teams to resolve issues, onboard clients, and improve support processes. Expectations: * Resolve customer tickets efficiently, limiting back‑and‑forth and driving quick satisfaction. * Own end‑to‑end incident lifecycle, from triage to resolution and post‑incident review. * Collaborate on internal tooling and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to and diagnose technical issues related to LogAnalyzer, RealKeywords, SiteCrawler, SpeedWorkers, and PageWorkers. 2. Investigate data delivery inconsistencies, generate reports, and implement fixes. 3. Setup and script technical onboarding for new customers. 4. Escalate complex problems to engineering while maintaining clear customer communication. 5. Monitor customer workflows, proactively identifying potential issues. 6.
