**Job Title:** Chief Information Officer – AXA Partners Credit Life Protection (CLP)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the global IT transformation and operations for AXA Partners CLP, aligning technology initiatives with business strategy, managing a €60 million budget and a team of over 100 professionals, and driving digital, cloud, and security advancements across all AXA countries.
**Expectations:**
* 20+ years of executive IT experience in the insurance/financial services sector.
* Proven record of end‑to‑end digital transformation, cloud migration, AI/Agile implementation, and cybersecurity management.
* Strong business acumen, P&L responsibility, and stakeholder influence at local, regional, and global levels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Define and execute the CLP IT transformation strategy in partnership with Executive Committees.
* Prioritise initiatives that deliver measurable business value and ensure governance of the portfolio.
* Oversee architecture, on‑premise and cloud infrastructure, SLAs, ISO27001 compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
* Deliver and optimise IT services, ensuring operational efficiency, security, and reliability.
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing cross‑functional team of internal and external professionals.
* Manage a €60 million transformation budget and report financial performance to senior leadership.
* Drive change and innovation initiatives to support organizational growth.
* Coordinate with AXA Partners CIO, CLP CEO, and executive committees.
* Allocate 3 weeks/month in the Shannon office (Ireland) during the first year.
**Required Skills:**

* Cloud architecture (public/private), data platforms, and AI technologies.
* Agile and program/project management (10+ years experience).
* Cybersecurity best practices, ISO27001, ISO20000.
* Strong financial (P&L) and analytical capabilities.
* Stakeholder management, influencing, and communication.
* Adaptability to dynamic, matrixed environments.
* Fluent in English (French/Spanish a plus).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
* PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent program management certification.
* CISSP, CISM, or comparable cybersecurity certification.
* Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) preferred.
