Job Description
**Job Title** Assistant Project Manager (AMOA) – Public & Transport Infrastructure **Role Summary** Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of public and transport infrastructure projects, serving as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. Ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budgetary constraints while coordinating procurement, consultancy, and regulatory approvals. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end project support for construction or renovation of public facilities and transport assets. - Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders, driving consensus and ensuring project alignment. - Manage schedules, documentation, and financial inputs to enable timely decision‑making. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Review and monitor PRO‑DCE studies, analyze deliverables, and provide corrective feedback. 2. Draft contract documents in partnership with the procurement team. 3. Coordinate public procurement rounds (JOUE) through vendor selection and notification. 4. Organize and facilitate project meetings and workshops; produce minutes and action items. 5. Track administrative approvals, complementary deposits, and ongoing notifications. 6. Oversee outputs from design teams, engineering offices, and AMO partners. 7. Participate in project reviews, prepare budget analyses with the finance controller. 8. Manage quotation requests and purchase orders needed for procurement letters. 9. Frequently travel to project sites (Nice). **Required Skills** - Proven experience in AMOA on complex infrastructure projects. - Technical aptitude in engineering, architecture, civil engineering or equivalent. - Deep understanding of study processes, procurement cycles, and administrative follow‑up. - Strong document control, reporting, and meeting facilitation capabilities. - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - Financial literacy and ability to collaborate with finance/controlling functions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related technical field. - Professional certifications in project management or procurement are an advantage.
