Job Description
Job Title: Senior .NET Developer Role Summary: Senior .NET Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑performance, scalable .NET applications. Leads architectural decisions, mentors junior developers, ensures code quality, and drives continuous improvement in a Agile environment. Expectations: - Deliver reusable, maintainable code following best practices. - Mentor and coach junior team members. - Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and promote agile principles. - Contribute to project architecture and technical roadmap. - Ensure rigorous unit, integration, and validation testing. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for code and processes.
